Mr. Dwayne Chauhan is a proud dual citizen who understands the importance of freedom of travel, building a real estate portfolio in Europe, and planning for the future.

As a global citizen who has lived across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, he has a deep understanding of the need to create an alternative plan that allows for independence and flexibility in travel and wealth management.

Mr. Chauhan has over seven years of experience in the industry with a global network of partners, consultants, and government relationships. He is the Group CEO of Vancis Capital and Global Residence Index (owned by Vancis Capital).

Mr. Mark Damsgaard is the VP of Marketing at Vancis Capital and founder of Global Residence Index (owned by Vancis Capital). As a Danish national, he is proficient in Danish and English. 

His involvement in the investment migration industry began in 2015, initially assisting service providers with expanding their client base through online marketing strategies.

Recognizing a gap in the market for unbiased and client-focused guidance, Mark transformed Global Residence Index from an informational website into a consultancy firm. His client-centric approach was mirrored in Vancis Capital’s advisory team, which led to the companies’ merger in 2024.
