Italy Residency Benefits

Obtaining a permanent residency in Italy will open new opportunities to the investor and transform their life.

European Union Residency

After five years of continuous legal residence in Italy, Golden Visa holders may be eligible for permanent residence. This status allows the resident to stay in Italy indefinitely and grants most rights similar to Italian citizens, except for voting and holding public office.

A ‘Safe Haven’ for your family

Italy enjoys a politically stable climate with a strong economy. As an investor, you and your family must spend part of your time in Italy to maintain the residency and be eligible for extending the visa in three-year increments.

Global Business Opportunities
New Business Opportunities

For business owners looking to expand into the European market, an Italian residency will create new opportunities. As a Golden Visa holder, you can register a business in Italy and access the European Union as a market.

Travel Freely in the European Union

Given its member status in the European Union and the Schengen Zone, Italy is part of the vast network of countries in Europe that allow free travel without borders in the Union. Traveling inside the EU can be incredibly difficult and frustrating for foreigners. With a golden visa to Italy you have the opportunity to travel freely through the EU.
